Commercial Support

Commercial support is only available to our customers that have bought a commercial software license for one of our products.

For support, please send an email to support@infonode.net and include the following information:

Registration number
Software version of our library that you are using (ex. idw-1.6.0)
Java runtime vendor and version (ex. sun jre 1.4.2_04)
Operating system and platform (ex. Windows XP, Linux on i386)
Detailed description of your problem

Mailing Lists

The InfoNode mailing list is the main way to get support for the open source GPL versions of our products. Our commercial customers are of course also welcome to join.
